SOUL CARE

What is Soul Care?

Drawing from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Attachment Therapy, and Narrative-Focused Trauma Care, I offer a safe and grace-filled space to slow down, reflect, and attend to the places of your story that long to be witnessed with care.

Healing doesn’t come from striving harder, but from slowing down and taking the time to listen to your body, your story, and your longings with curiosity and kindness. God's heart is to meet every hurting, wounded, and disconnected part of us with compassion and gently invite us back home- to ourselves and to Him.

Soul Care might be a Good Fit for You if You...

  • are experiencing grief, loss, or a significant life transition

  • feel stuck in patterns of control, perfectionism, people-pleasing, or self-criticism

  • find yourself numbing out or trying to escape pain in ways that are leaving you disconnected and hurting even more

  • long to better understand, care for, and find healing for the parts of you that carry shame, fear, or loneliness

  • want a compassionate space to explore your story and styles of relating

  • long for renewed hope and connection with yourself, others, and God

  • desire to experience more freedom, hope, rest, and wholeness in your life

Soul Care is not psychotherapy or clinical mental health treatment and is not intended to diagnose or treat mental health conditions.
